Unable to Sign up / Login in Dozee application


  1. Check for internet connection on the phone
  2. Check if the applicaiton is updated either on playstore( android) or app store (IOS)
  3. Uninstall and Reinstall the application




Unable to pair the device


  1. Check with the electrical socket if the connection is loose
  2. Switch off(3-5 seconds) and restart device and check for light on pod. Is the device blinking blue
  3. Check if your bluetooth connection is done.
  4. Check if the applicaiton is updated either on playstore( android) or app store (IOS)




Unable to unpair device


  1. Do you have an active internet connection
  2. If internet active, Close the application and restart
  3. Check if the applicaiton is updated either on playstore( android) or app store (IOS)




Unable to view SpO2 data (Only applicable for Dozee with SpO2)


  1. Check device is blinking green when button pressed on SpO2 device
  2. Check SpO2 screen has bluetooth symbol
  3. Check SpO2 visible on mobile bluetooth settings screen




Device not found in SPO2 devices





Device is Offline


1. Check if the device is connected to the internet and is it is ON. 2. If No wifi 3. If the device is OFF




Blue LED Blinking Continously


  1. Check if the device is unpaired
  2. If the device is paired, Please send us a video of the device for a time duration of 15-20 seconds and also a Screenshot of the Run Diagnostics




White/ Red LED.

Oxymeter not working


1. Check on what is the exact issue with the oxymeter: a) Readings not getting generated on the display screen of the Oxymeter b) Bluetooth not showing on the display screen of the oxymeter. c) Readings disappearing, despite finger of the user, still being inserted to the Oxymeter.
