Breathing rate alerts can be generated for two cases:
High Breathing Rate: This alert will be generated if the breathing rate of the user is greater than a certain value for a specified amount of time.
Low Breathing Rate: This alert will be generated if the breathing rate of the user drops below a certain value for a specified amount of time.
